We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Projects, and Service activities for WTP, STP, ETP, WWTP, and RO plants. The role involves managing plant operations, customer relationships, project execution, service teams, documentation, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage O&M and project activities across multiple sites.
Lead Site Engineers, Service Engineers, Operators, and Supervisors.
Ensure smooth plant operation and timely maintenance.
Handle customer communication and resolve operational issues.
Monitor project execution and service activities.
Review reports, documentation, and paperless application updates.
Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Finance, and Service teams.
Ensure statutory, safety, and quality compliance.
Build strong customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
Experience
10–15 years in Water & Wastewater Treatment.
Minimum 4 years in a leadership role.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of WTP, STP, ETP, WWTP, and RO systems.
Team leadership and customer management.
Project coordination and troubleshooting.
MS Office and MIS reporting.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Profile
Experience handling multiple sites.
Willing to travel and work from office or client locations as required by business needs.
Strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
