We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Branch Head to lead our preschool. As a Branch Head, you will inspire a team of talented educators, collaborate with parents, and create a nurturing environment where children thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers to deliver exceptional early childhood education.
- Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress.
- Develop and implement curriculum that sparks creativity and curiosity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education and management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant degree in early childhood education or related field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
