Group Details
The Investor Relations team serves as a strategic bridge between Tradeweb and the investment community, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and broader leadership team across product, sales, finance, legal, and technology. The group is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s financial narrative through earnings, investor engagement, and capital markets activities, while also contributing to high-impact initiatives that support Tradeweb’s long-term growth and evolution.
Financial Data & Analytics Specialist – Investor Relations (Offshore)
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support Tradeweb’s global Investor Relations function through financial analysis, earnings support, peer benchmarking, executive reporting, and strategic communication initiatives tied to the company’s public market positioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, experience handling large datasets, and the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and high-quality materials for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Earnings & Reporting Support
Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including drafting updates, compiling financial and operating data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across disclosures.
- Data Management & Integrity
Maintain and update core investor relations datasets, including KPIs, market data, and peer benchmarking metrics. Ensure timely and accurate data entry across internal systems and reporting frameworks.
- Analysis & Insights
Perform recurring and ad hoc analysis of financial performance, investor trends, and market positioning. Translate data into actionable insights to support senior management and investor messaging.
- Presentation Development
Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations, including earnings decks, investor presentations, and internal briefing materials. Ensure materials are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with firm messaging.
- Process Automation & AI Integration
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation. Leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, reporting efficiency, and content generation while maintaining rigorous quality control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with onshore Investor Relations, Finance, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, data accuracy, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial data platforms is a plus
- Prior experience supporting research, financial reporting, or capital markets-related functions is a plus
- Strong ability to organize, validate, and manage large financial and operational datasets with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience using Excel automation, macros, or AI-enabled tools to improve reporting workflows and efficiency
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Exposure to public company reporting, earnings processes, or capital markets environments is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
