JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our virtual puja platform, drive growth, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for building efficient processes in a faith-tech environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Set performance goals and track KPIs for team members
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, budgets, and presentations for senior management
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales, operations, or marketing
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Occasional travel require
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or a similar role
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
