Job Description:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Analyze legacy business rules, workflows, and functional specifications to support the modernization initiative.

Participate in requirement elicitation, requirement clarification, backlog refinement, and sprint planning sessions.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.

Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete test coverage.

Define the overall testing strategy, test plan, test schedule, and test execution approach for functional, integration, regression, security, and performance testing.

Lead the offshore QA team by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of testing activities.

Coordinate with Rules, Architecture, Development, and DevOps teams to resolve requirement gaps, defects, and technical dependencies.

Validate Camunda workflows, Drools/DMN business rules, Spring Boot APIs, and Modernized FDR-IT integrations against business requirements.

Review test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports to ensure completeness and quality.

Conduct functional walkthroughs, requirement reviews, defect triage meetings, and root cause analysis sessions.

Track defects using Azure DevOps, prioritize issues with stakeholders, and verify defect resolutions. Well versed with Test Management tool.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production release validation.

Prepare and present test metrics, quality dashboards, requirement coverage reports, and status updates to project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards, SDLC processes, and Agile delivery practices.

Identify project risks, quality issues, and requirement gaps, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

Mentor QA team members by promoting best practices in requirement analysis, testing, and quality assurance.

Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, requirement management, and overall delivery quality.
