About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Trainer who also has hands-on knowledge of React.js to join our training/education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training sessions on Python programming, with the ability to guide learners on integrating Python-based backends with React front-end applications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex technical concepts for students or professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs and curriculum on Python (core & advanced concepts).
- Conduct classroom/online sessions covering Python fundamentals, OOP, data structures, file handling, and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Flask/Django, etc.).
- Provide training on React.js fundamentals (components, hooks, state management, props) and how it integrates with Python-based backends (REST APIs).
- Create hands-on projects, assignments, quizzes, and real-world case studies to reinforce learning.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, projects, and code reviews; provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Python, React, and full-stack development to keep training content relevant.
- Mentor students/professionals on best coding practices, debugging, and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, e-learning content, and documentation.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules.
- Assist learners with placement preparation, including technical interview questions and coding challenges (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Core Python, OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms).
- Working knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Good understanding of React.js – components, hooks, JSX, state/props management.
- Familiarity with connecting React front-end with Python REST APIs.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting workshops is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for learners of varying skill levels.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching/mentoring.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
