About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager with 10+ years of expertise in managing the complete Human Resource function. The candidate will be responsible for leading Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Coordination, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Statutory Compliance, and HR Strategy to support business growth and organizational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels including leadership hiring.
- Develop manpower planning strategies based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
HR Operations
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure smooth execution of all HR administrative functions.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and retention programs.
Performance Management
- Lead the performance appraisal process across the organization.
- Develop KPIs, KRAs, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Support managers in performance reviews and development planning.
- Implement succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and prepare annual training calendars.
- Coordinate technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary administration.
- Manage compensation structures, incentives, and benefits programs.
- Ensure accuracy in salary revisions, promotions, and final settlements.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on labor law amendments and HR best practices.
HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop retention, succession, and leadership development strategies.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Provide HR analytics and management reports for decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling large workforce and multiple business units.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR reporting tools.
