Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Trainee to join our calicut office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records.
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to support audits and financial reporting as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional accounting environment.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
