The Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospective buyers into customers for the residential project.
The role requires maintaining a professional & seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Attend walk-in customers at the project site.
- Generate and follow up on leads received through digital marketing, referrals, brokers, and other channels.
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and construction status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested buyers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain daily records of inquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
