JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Bling Square Events. If you are passionate about talent management, employee engagement, and building a strong workplace culture, this role is perfect for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling & conducting interviews, and onboarding.
2.Coordinate with managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment.
3.Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents.
4.Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and recognition programs.
5.Assist in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and communication material.
6.Monitor attendance, leave records, and provide support in payroll preparation.
7.Help identify HR process gaps and suggest improvements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 60% or above in 12th Standard
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and employees.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.
