Role description :
We are looking for a dynamic and client-facing Pre-Sales Business Analyst who can effectively bridge business requirements with product capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently deliver impactful product demonstrations to prospects, partners, and clients.
The candidate should preferably have experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance), Lending, Leasing, FinTech, or similar enterprise domains. Candidates who may not belong directly to BFSI but have worked closely with pre-sales teams and understand solution consulting, product positioning, and customer engagement will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams during the pre-sales lifecycle.- Understand customer business requirements and map them to product capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and client presentations with confidence and clarity.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, solution documents, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Assist in solutioning discussions and help position products effectively for prospective clients.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders for solution alignment.
- Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), client workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Create process flows, business use cases, and functional documentation wherever required.
- Collaborate with implementation and product teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially within BFSI, Lending, Leasing, and FinTech ecosystems.

Preferred Background
Experience in BFSI / Lending / Leasing / FinTech domain preferred.- Candidates from similar enterprise SaaS or product-based domains may also be considered.
- Prior exposure to pre-sales activities, client demos, RFP responses, or solution consulting is highly desirable.
- Experience working directly with or supporting pre-sales teams will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / BBA / B.Tech / BE or equivalent qualification.- Familiarity with enterprise applications, workflow systems, or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of banking and financial processes is a plus.
