Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage client interactions, generate leads, conduct property presentations, and assist customers throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and capable of building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate site visits and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the sales process from inquiry to closure.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Handling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Loan, Insurance, or Direct Sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Understanding of customer acquisition strategies.
