Franchise & Business Expansion
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across assigned regions.
- Generate franchise leads through networking, market research, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Present franchise business models to potential investors and entrepreneurs.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and support their onboarding process.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.
Market Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify potential locations for outlet expansion.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between franchise partners and internal teams.
- Provide post-sales support and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and closing sales deals.
- Ability to travel and meet clients when required.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
