The ideal candidate should possess in-depth subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of Classes XI & XII as per the latest CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons covering English Language and Literature.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations through effective teaching strategies, regular assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Develop students' analytical, literary, writing, speaking, and communication skills.
- Design lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and question papers.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Integrate ICT tools, digital resources, and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Mentor students in academic and career-related matters.
- Participate in school assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, examinations, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure academic excellence and curriculum enrichment.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage (where applicable).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a PGT English Teacher in a CBSE/ICSE/recognized school is preferred.
- Proven experience in preparing students for CBSE Board Examinations will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of the CBSE Senior Secondary English curriculum and assessment pattern.
