About the Role
India News Communication is hiring a skilled and creative Video Editor for its client project with the Ministry of Defence. The candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality videos for digital communication, social media campaigns, official coverage, promotional activities, and government-related communication requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong video editing capabilities, creative visualization skills, and hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools with experience in handling professional and structured projects.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have completed Graduation in the year 2022
- Relevant educational background in Media, Animation, Film Production, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields will be preferred
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Video Editor
- Experience in handling government, PSU, media agency, or official communication projects will be an added advantage
Mandatory Software & Technical Exposure
Candidates must have strong working exposure and hands-on experience in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Audition
- Adobe Media Encoder
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce professional-quality videos for social media, campaigns, official events, and digital platforms
- Handle video trimming, transitions, motion graphics, audio synchronization, color correction, and rendering
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and social media teams for smooth project execution
- Create engaging reels, short videos, promotional videos, interviews, event highlights, and campaign creatives
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects within deadlines
- Maintain quality standards suitable for official and government communication
- Organize raw footage, maintain project files, and ensure proper backup management
- Work on multiple editing assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and creativity

- Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
- Professional communication and coordination skills
- Experience in handling official/government communication content will be preferred
