About the Role
We are looking for passionate and skilled BIM Modellers (MEP) to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit MEP and be capable of developing high-quality BIM models for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical systems.
- Prepare LOD 300/350/400 models as per project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Generate shop drawings, sections, schedules and BOQs.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants and MEP Design Engineers.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project deliverables.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or relevant discipline)

- Industrial Projects
- Healthcare Projects

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
