Job Summary:
Responsible for selling vehicles, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective customer handling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, and offers
- Conduct test drives
- Complete booking and documentation process
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery team
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Take post-delivery feedback and generate referra
