About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Production Manager for our Football Manufacturing division. The role requires strong technical expertise in football manufacturing processes along with leadership and manpower management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end football production activities and shop floor operations
- Supervise football manufacturing processes including stitching, thermobond, printing, lamination, PU and TPU operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
- Implement and monitor best production practices including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, TQM and PPC
- Manage manpower planning, productivity and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain optimum production capacity and minimize production delays
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production department
About You
- Minimum 3 years in the area of football and minimum 5 years in production/ manufacturing
- Knowledge of football manufacturing processes and best production practices
- Strong leadership, manpower management and problem-solving skills
- Hard working, dedicated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Long term commitment to the company is required
- Minimum Diploma qualification is required
