Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Job Summary:
Molecules Biolabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support daily accounting and financial operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial documentation, taxation support, and accounting software management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and data entries
- Support GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation
- Perform bank reconciliation and expense tracking
- Maintain financial files and reports using MS Excel
- Assist senior accountants during audits and monthly closing activities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and records
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or related qualification
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP software preferred
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work in a team environment
