Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our construction and design services in the Dhanbad region.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field marketing, networking, and local outreach.
Meet prospective clients for construction, architectural, and interior design projects.
Promote company services to homeowners, businesses, institutions, and real estate investors.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
Coordinate with the design and project teams for client requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Submit daily activity and lead reports.
Requirements
✅ Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
✅ Knowledge of Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, or Interior Design industry
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license
✅ Familiarity with Dhanbad and surrounding areas
✅ Experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage
✅ Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
