Team Leader – Baskin Robbins
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage daily store operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service at our Baskin Robbins outlet.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the store team during shifts.
- Ensure customers are served politely and efficiently.
- Manage daily opening and closing of the outlet.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Handle cash billing and support daily sales activities.
- Train and guide team members in their daily work.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming, and uniform standards.
Requirements:
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience in retail, restaurant, café, or ice cream parlor operations is preferred.
Eligibility:
12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
