Shift Timings: US Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night)
Week Off: Alternate Saturday & All Sundays
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will provide support to customers through calls ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through calls.
- Answer customer queries promptly and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department as required
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and suggest solutions
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
