Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Material Handling: Supervise receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per production requirements.
- Stock Control: Conduct periodic stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Documentation: Prepare GRNs, issue slips, and maintain ERP entries for all transactions.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve material-related issues.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and ISO/5S standards in stores operations.
- Team Supervision: Guide store assistants and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in stores management within manufacturing (preferably sheet metal/automotive).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and inventory software.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
