- Guest Relations: Greet and seat guests, build customer loyalty, present menus, make recommendations, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Floor & Team Management: Lead staff briefings, supervise service staff, and train junior waiters on menu knowledge, upselling, and service timing.
- Operations: Coordinate with the kitchen to time courses correctly, manage table setups, and restock supplies.
- Billing & Payments: Present bills, process payments, and balance daily cash/credit registers.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
