The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end HR operations across multiple branches. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR documentation, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and HRMS administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and induction programs.
- Verify and maintain employee records and statutory documents.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, shifts, leave records, and overtime.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts/Payroll team.
- Resolve attendance and payroll-related employee queries.
4. HR Operations & HRMS
- Administer HRMS and employee databases.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and manpower analytics.
- Ensure accurate employee master data and timely updates.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Support labour inspections and statutory audits.
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and increment processes.
- Monitor employee performance and support departmental heads.
- Maintain performance records and documentation.
7. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and welfare initiatives.
- Promote a positive work culture.
8. Disciplinary & Exit Management
- Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, counselling, suspensions, and termination processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full and final settlements.
- Ensure smooth employee separation procedures.
9. Branch HR Coordination
- Visit branches periodically to monitor HR compliance and operational standards.
- Support branch managers on HR-related matters.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies across all locations.
10. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Monitor completion of mandatory training and compliance sessions.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW with specialization in Human Resources.
- 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or multi-branch organizations is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
