Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Travel Trade, and Government segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, and Leisure business segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
