The HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance) will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and supporting various HR functions. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff and workmen with accuracy and
confidentiality.
- Maintain attendance, overtime, shift allowance, and leave records.
- Handle full & final settlement of employees.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements

Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Payment of
Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, LWF
etc.
- Timely filing of statutory returns and remittances.
- Liaise with government authorities and inspectors during audits/inspections.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and employee files as per labor law
requirements.
HR Operations
- Support HR team in recruitment & onboarding formalities for workers and staff.
- Assist in grievance handling and maintain harmonious employee relations.
- Prepare MIS reports on payroll, attrition, compliance, and attendance.
