Position: Senior QC Engineer
Department: Quality Control (QC)
Reports To: QC Manager / Head of Quality
Industry: Heavy Fabrication / Pressure Vessel / Tank Manufacturing
Job Summary
The Senior QC Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and continuously improving all quality control activities throughout fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, surface preparation, painting, testing and final dispatch. The role ensures that every product meets customer specifications, applicable international codes, statutory requirements and company quality standards.
The position is responsible for documentation, inspection planning, customer inspections, TPI coordination, quality records, NCR management, CAPA implementation, vendor quality development, manpower training and continuous quality improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- CSWIP / AWS / NDT Level II certification preferred
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred
Experience
- 8–15 years in Heavy Fabrication, Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, Structural Fabrication, Piping or Process Equipment Manufacturing.
- Experience handling customer inspections and TPI agencies is essential.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
