CBitss Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counseling skills, experience in student admissions, and the ability to guide students toward suitable academic and career-oriented programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic/education counseling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of student counselling and admission processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead-management systems will be an advantage.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
