Process Overview*
Global Finance was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support & Regulatory reporting. Over the years, the scope of Global Finance has been expanded to include operations for other enterprise control functions like Human Resources and Risk and Compliance.
CFO Change Automation team, which is part of CFO COO group in involved in various analytics, automation and reporting & governance needs that helps the CFO group analyze and address key challenges & provide relevant solutions using ET or any other relevant technologies. The team provides deep dive analysis by deploying analytics and data mining tools like SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva etc. as well as is involved in setting up automated solutions for complex BAU processes.
Job Description*
CFO Change Automation team aims in driving opportunity assessment, prioritization, and process automation & governance across all verticals of CFO.
In support of CFO Change objectives this position will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of complex initiatives from a functional leader perspective. His expertise will be to bridge the gap between business needs & designing technical solutions coupled with his efficiency in ET.
This person will be responsible for assisting business teams to expedite implementation of automated solutions through collaboration with other CFO and Enterprise Architecture teams to provide a consistent and governed approach in accordance with data management and tech strategy models. This person would serve in an execution role to support business with new and emerging tools used in process optimization efforts and driving Operational Excellence.
This initiative execution/ business integration role will require the individual to lead, manage, and deliver on the end to end scope of Automation initiatives. This individual will get significant exposure to senior stakeholders across CFO through leading initiative routines to communicate project progress, governance, new opportunities and key decisions.
Responsibilities*

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including workflow orchestration, system integrations, and scalable automation use cases.

Design and manage end-to-end automation workflows, ensuring scalability, stability, and measurable business impact.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate functional requirements into AI-driven agent solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and control standards.

Stay updated with evolving AI and automation toolsets, enabling scalable and practical AI-powered workflows

Lead development of solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, automation tools, workflow engines)

Effectively manage the end to end delivery of their Automation projects / initiatives

The role will require skills required to deliver a complex and multi-faceted project end-to-end

Strong knowledge in data warehousing concepts. Good understanding of RPA (UiPath), Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, VB, SQL, Data Modeling and other newly upcoming technologies.

Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot), including the ability to frame effective prompts and apply AI outputs for accurate, relevant, and reusable business deliverables

Strong analytical judgment and risk awareness, with experience using AI for data analysis and executive ready insights (e.g., variance, trends), while ensuring appropriate controls, validation, and human review of automated outputs

Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio for designing, developing, and testing automation solutions aligned to business processes

Hands-on expertise in developing and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including prompt design, conversation flows, and API/connectivity integration

Strong understanding of agent-based architectures and intelligent automation frameworks, with the ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions

Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, UiPath, Workiva, Power pivot, Visual Basic, SQL and others and have at least 7-9 years of relevant experience in analytics, automation and reporting

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical

Must have good project management and communications skills

Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently with tight and changing deadlines

Good documentation skills to capture test results and report them to onshore process team

Leverage cutting-edge capabilities such as Copilot (M365, Chat, GitHub), Prompt Engineering to drive intelligent automation outcomes, with a strong focus on Responsible AI and ethical adoption.

Exposure to advanced AI tools with a focus on responsible AI adoption, governance, and enterprise-scale deployment.

Excellent understanding with other programming languages such as SQL, Python and VBA will be strongly preferred
