Business Development Manager (BDM) – Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the Business Development team.
- Set monthly sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Explore new markets and partnerships to expand the business.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining company standards and profitability.
