Job Description
As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our software products and services. You will work closely with prospects and internal teams to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase software solutions.
- Engage and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend software products that best fit their needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Support) to improve customer experience and sales outcomes.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales also Welcome Fresher Candidate (software sales experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
