Job Title: Buyer – Plus Size Category

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end buying for the Plus Size category.
- Source and develop new products aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
- Travel to sourcing markets such as Jaipur, Surat, Delhi, etc., for product selection and vendor development.
- Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Analyze sales data and inventory performance to optimize buying decisions.
- Coordinate with merchandising, design, and operations teams to ensure timely product launches.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of buying experience in women's ethnic wear, fashion retail, or apparel brands.
- Proven experience sourcing products from Jaipur, Surat, Delhi, and similar apparel markets.
- Strong understanding of Plus Size fashion and customer preferences.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with retail brands is preferred.
- Candidates from Export Houses will not be considered.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
