Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head – Salesto lead our SaaS sales expansion in South India from Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven B2B/B2C SaaS sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role, driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and expanding enterprise customer bases in the Indian market.
This role is critical for scaling our secure login and email security SaaS solutions across banking, fintech, IT/ITeS, and Corporate sectors in South India.

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets annually
- Forecast sales pipeline, manage quotas, and ensure predictable revenue growth
- Identify new market opportunities and verticals
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives and BDMs
- Set performance KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and drive accountability
- Build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer focus
Customer & Partner Development
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Drive enterprise sales, solution selling, and contract negotiations
- Identify and Collaborate with channel partners and system integrators
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback
- Provide product feedback to R&D/marketing based on market needs
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and events
- Partner with Product/Customer Success for smooth onboarding and retention

Experience
- 10–12 years in B2B/B2C SaaS sales, with 3+ years leading teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise/mid-market
- Experience selling cybersecurity, authentication, or enterprise IT SaaS is a strong plus

- Strong expertise in enterprise sales, solution selling, and B2B SaaS
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Territory and pipeline management expertise

- Based in Chennaiwith willingness to travel 20–30% within South India
