We are looking for a motivated and analytical Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will understand business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications and process documents.
Coordinate with development teams for solution implementation.
Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
Provide user training and post-implementation support.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Understanding of business processes and software solutions.
Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 Per Month
