Key Responsibilities
- Frame & Lens Selection: Assist patients in choosing appropriate frames and lens types (e.g., single vision, progressive, anti-glare, blue-cut) according to optometrist prescriptions and facial features.
- Measurements & Fitting: Take accurate facial measurements (such as pupillary distance and segment height) to ensure precise custom lens fitting and alignment.
- Optical Sales & Billing: Guide customers through pricing options, product warranties, and promotions; handle point-of-sale billing and order processing.
- Inventory Management: Oversee optical display counters, maintain frame inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate with lens edging labs for timely delivery.
- Post-Sales Service: Perform frame adjustments, minor repairs, cleaning, and handle customer queries or adaptations regarding new spectacles.
Key Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10+2 / Intermediate or Graduate degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail optical sales, eyeglass counter management, or eyewear retail chains.
- Product Knowledge: Good understanding of lens coatings, frame materials, progressive lens fitting, and general optical trends.
- Skills: Strong customer service, sales orientation, and clear communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
