Shilton Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple hospitality units. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and employee engagement while partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees across multiple properties.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, leave management, HRIS, and personnel records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, Full & Final settlements, salary revisions, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, warning letters, domestic enquiries, and exit formalities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, town halls, welfare activities, and organizational events.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews, confirmations, appraisals, promotions, and employee development.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, attrition reports, manpower reports, and other HR analytics.
- Partner with department heads on manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and maintain HR documentation as per company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
- Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in managing multi-unit HR operations will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRMS software (GreytHR preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property hospitality environment.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
