Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to assist in site supervision, quality checks, and coordination of civil construction activities for real estate projects. The candidate will support senior engineers in ensuring smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of construction work.
- Check site work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages.
- Support safety compliance at site.
- Assist in quantity measurements and billing verification.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities.
- Report technical issues to senior engineers for resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
