- Plan and monitor incoming material to ensure timely availability as per customer commitments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchase, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
- Plan and schedule dispatches to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track pending customer orders and proactively follow up to minimize backlogs.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely execution to avoid delayed deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve material shortages, dispatch issues, and delivery delays.
- Prepare and maintain order tracking reports, pending order reports, and dispatch MIS.
- Ensure accurate coordination between sales orders, inventory, and dispatch planning.
- Identify bottlenecks affecting order fulfilment and recommend corrective actions.
- Prioritize dispatches based on customer commitments and business requirements.
- Maintain high service levels by reducing pending orders and improving delivery performance.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain coordination.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Planning, Material Planning, Dispatch Planning, or Operations Coordination.
- Experience in industrial trading, engineering, electrical, automation, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring timely customer deliveries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
