A receptionist for a construction company is the vital first point of contact, managing calls, visitors (clients, vendors, subs), scheduling, mail, and admin tasks (MS Office, records), requiring excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and a professional demeanor to create a welcoming, efficient environment, often needing English/Hindi skills and construction industry familiarity. Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area.
- Communication Hub: Answer and redirect calls, manage emails, handle correspondence.
- Scheduling: Book appointments for executives and teams, manage calendars.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, order supplies, handle basic data entry (Word, Excel).
- Vendor/Subcontractor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
