Job description:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Portal Tender Executive to manage government tenders through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, bid preparation, product catalog management, document verification, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful participation in government procurement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and analyze relevant GeM tenders on a daily basis.
- Prepare, review, and submit bids before the deadline.
- Manage GeM Seller Account, product listings, and catalog updates.
- Upload and maintain all required documents and certifications.
- Prepare Technical Bids, Financial Bids, BOQs, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with OEMs, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
- Track tender status, purchase orders, payments, and contract execution.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement policies.
- Maintain MIS reports, tender documentation, and bid history.
- Handle bid participation for communication technology products and services such as Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Voice Solutions, AI Chatbots, and related IT services.
- Monitor upcoming government procurement opportunities through GeM and other e-tender portals.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of the GeM Portal and Government E-Tendering.
- Good understanding of government procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation, and online portals.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
