About the Role
We are looking for a skilled MEP CAD Detailer with 1–4 years of experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection drafting and detailing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing accurate 2D drawings, shop drawings, installation layouts, and coordinated construction documentation using AutoCAD. Experience with Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of MEP systems, construction standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems.
- Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on design revisions and client comments.
- Coordinate MEP layouts with Architectural and Structural drawings to minimize clashes.
- Prepare reflected ceiling plans (RCP), sections, elevations, and detailed layouts.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company quality procedures.
- Assist engineers and project teams in preparing construction documentation.
- Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and CAD standards.
- Support quantity take-offs and preparation of material schedules where required.
- Participate in coordination meetings and implement required drawing updates.
- Deliver drawings within project timelines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems.
- Ability to prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and detailed MEP layouts.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, engineering standards, and drafting conventions.
- Experience coordinating MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
