Candidate job responsibilities:
1. Sound knowledge of concrete technology, estimation, site marking and civil engineering procedures
2. Labour Management, maintaining time-sheets
3. Estimation and calculation of Bill of Materials, ability to read technical drawings
4. Overseeing proper implementation of design mix, casting, moulding, curing and stripping
5. Daily report to management
6. Co-ordinate and check procurement of raw material and dispatch of finished goods
7. Site supervision of installations and logistics
Candidate should possess:
1. Accountability of the Work and Leadership Qualities
2. Can do attitude, willing to learn new skills, take up challenges and good presentation
3. Live on/near factory premises
4. Driving license required and 2 wheeler preferred
5. Smart phone preferred
6. Literacy in Kannada and English
7. Valid education certificates to be submitted
8. Basic computer skills and excel
We are looking for:
1. Civil Diploma or BE Civil Engineering course completed with no arrears and pass certificate
2. 1-3 years work experience in the industry
3. A long term candidate who would like to grow and work with a new small company.
