Quantum Rehab is hiring a full-time Clinical Physiotherapist for our centres in Matunga West and Bandra, Mumbai along with home-care physiotherapy primarily across Mumbai’s Western Line.
We are looking for a physiotherapist with strong clinical understanding, good clinical reasoning and a high ability to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and manage musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, post-operative and rehabilitation cases
* Perform objective assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Apply evidence-based rehabilitation and sound clinical reasoning
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment accordingly
* Provide home-care physiotherapy sessions
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients
* Participate in clinical training, case discussions and professional development
Requirements
* BPT (with 2-5 years of experience)or MPT(musculoskeletal) from a recognised institution
* Good understanding of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation
* Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
* High learning ability and willingness to develop clinically
* Good communication and patient-management skills
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility for execution
* Comfortable providing home-care physiotherapy
* Candidates residing along or close to Mumbai’s Western Line will be preferred
* MPT in Musculoskeletal/Orthopaedics is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong BPT candidates with good clinical understanding and demonstrated clinical ability will also be considered.
