We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Campaign Manager – Programmatic to join our Ad Operations team and manage the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, channels, and markets.
The role will be responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a high volume of campaigns while maintaining strong operational accuracy and meeting tight timelines.
The role will support campaigns across multiple geographies, including the US, UK, and EMEA, with varying campaign requirements, currencies, targeting strategies, and delivery objectives.

Manage the end-to-end execution of programmatic and digital advertising campaigns, from setup through completion.

Traffic and launch campaigns across platforms such as DV360 and Google Ads.

Manage video, display, YouTube, and other digital campaign formats as required.

Perform detailed pre-launch QA across targeting, budgets, bids, creatives, tracking, URLs, dates, placements, frequency caps, and other campaign settings.

Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend, performance, and overall campaign health.

Perform regular campaign optimizations to improve delivery and performance against campaign objectives.

Identify and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, targeting, creatives, tracking, pacing, and platform configuration.

Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and platform partners to resolve issues.

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a high-volume campaign environment.

Execute campaigns across different markets, geographies, currencies, audiences, and targeting requirements.

Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within agreed SLAs.

Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and operational records.

Work closely with Account Management, Client Services, and other internal teams to understand campaign requirements and ensure smooth execution.

Proactively flag delivery risks, technical issues, and potential campaign performance concerns.

Provide timely campaign updates and support reporting requirements.

Provide operational coverage aligned with UK and US East Coast time zones, based on business requirements.

Follow and contribute to campaign management processes, QA standards, and operational best practices.

2–5 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with DV360 and/or Google Ads.

Strong understanding of digital advertising and programmatic concepts.

Experience with campaign trafficking, QA, monitoring, pacing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Experience managing multiple campaigns at scale.

Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, budgets, creatives, tracking, frequency management, and campaign delivery.

Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues independently and identify root causes.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Comfortable working with international campaigns and multiple currencies/geographies.

Willingness to provide coverage for UK and/or US East Coast time zones.

Experience with YouTube/video advertising.

Experience with CM360, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or other ad-tech platforms.

Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, floodlights, and measurement solutions.

Experience working with US, UK, and EMEA campaigns.

Agency-side experience or experience working in a high-volume advertising environment.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Experience working with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is someone who can independently take ownership of campaigns from brief setup QA launch monitoring optimization troubleshooting completion.
They should be comfortable handling a large campaign volume, working across multiple platforms and markets, and moving quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
YouTube will be an important part of the workload, but this is a broader Programmatic Campaign Management role and the candidate should have the ability to support multiple digital advertising channels and platforms.
