Hiring: Business Development Executive (Retail Expansion)
Location: Kolkata & Nearby Areas
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable retail locations for store expansion. The candidate will play a key role in site hunting, vendor coordination, property negotiations, and documentation verification to support the company's growth plans.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate
- Prior experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, Retail Expansion, Real Estate, or a similar role
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kolkata and nearby locations
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and explore potential locations for opening new retail stores
Conduct market surveys and evaluate new business opportunities
Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and property owners
Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, and property agreements
Verify property ownership, legal documents, and site feasibility
Ensure all property-related documents are authentic and compliant
Conduct site visits and prepare location assessment reports
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and store launch activities
Maintain a database of potential properties and vendors
