Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, references, and social media
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
- Issuing offer letters and appointment letters
- Handling joining formalities and maintaining employee files
- Attendance & Payroll
- Monitoring employee attendance and leaves
- Coordinating with accounts team for monthly payroll processing
- Managing ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances
- Employee Engagement
- Supporting employee welfare activities, events, and communication
- Handling grievance redressal and exit formalities
- HR Administration
- Maintaining HRMS or Excel-based employee database
- Drafting official HR letters – warning, increment, confirmation, relieving letters
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Performance & Training
- Assisting in performance appraisal process
- Coordinating internal training sessions and skill development activities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Ability to handle multitasking and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred
- Freshers with HR internships may also be considered
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
