Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, and varied curries.
- Mise-en-place: Efficiently prepare all necessary ingredients and station setups daily.
- Quality Control: Adhere to standard recipes, presentation styles, and portion control to ensure consistent quality.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, adhere to HACCP, and follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Operations Support: Support live, interactive counters, banquet services, and breakfast buffets during peak hours.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for stock rotation, checking quality of supplies, and reducing kitchen wastage.
