The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing guest interactions and front desk operations. This role acts as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, handling guest queries, coordination with departments, and delivering a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Handling
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Provide information about hotel services, activities, and local attractions
2. Front Office Operations
- Manage reservations and coordinate with the central reservation team
- Maintain guest records and update PMS (Ezee/IDS or similar software)
- Handle billing, payments, and invoice generation
- Ensure proper room allocation and availability updates
3. Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, and maintenance teams
- Communicate guest requirements and special requests to relevant departments
- Ensure smooth execution of guest itineraries and services
4. Guest Experience & Upselling
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms, packages, and activities
- Collect guest feedback during stay and at checkout
- Encourage guests for reviews (Google / TripAdvisor)
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain Daily Reports (arrival/departure, occupancy, DSR)
- Track guest feedback and report issues to management
- Maintain records of payments, bills, and cash reconciliation
6. Check-In Responsibilities
- Complete guest registration and ID verification
- Collect advance/balance payment
- Provide property briefing and schedule details
- Escort guests to rooms (if required)
7. Check-Out Responsibilities
- Prepare guest bills in advance
- Coordinate with departments for final billing
- Ensure smooth and timely checkout process
- Collect payments and update records
8. Compliance & Grooming
- Follow front office SOPs and company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed

Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in front office (hotel/resort)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
