Role & responsibilities
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
· Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
· Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
· Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
· Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
· Coordinate background verification and pre-employment documentation.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
· Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, technical institutes, and colleges for talent sourcing.
· Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
· Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2 - 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, glass, engineering, or industrial sectors.
· Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
· Experience hiring for technical, production, quality, maintenance, engineering, sales, and support functions.
· Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment MIS reporting.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
